How leveling actually works
- →Badges are awarded automatically. No application, no approval queue. The system tracks your activity and the badge appears the moment you cross the threshold.
- →Each badge gives XP. XP fills your level meter. Higher levels unlock the trust benefits above.
- →No badge is permanent gatekeeping. Lose your streak? You can earn it again. Got banned for spam? You can lose them. The system trusts the community, not the resume.
- →Privacy stays yours. Badges show on your public profile — which is the display name + handle you chose. Your real name and email never appear on a badge.
